Substitutions

Crops depend on the weather. If something you ordered did not make the harvest, we swap it for something of the same value or credit you, and we always say which.

Refunds

Tell the driver at the gate, or reply to your receipt within 48 hours, and we credit you for anything bruised or short.

• Cash and bank transfer refunds come from the farm within a week.
• Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days to show.
